Kohat Board Result SSC (9th & 10th) First Annual Examination 2023 result has been released on August 22, 2023, at 3:00 PM in CM House Peshawar. The online result will be available on the official website of BISE Kohat (www.bisekt.edu.pk) at 6:00 PM.
Students can check their matric (10th) result by roll number and through SMS. To check the result through SMS, type “bisek” space “roll number” and send it to 8583. Regular students can collect their DMCs (Detailed Marks Certificate) from their schools.
Private candidates can collect their DMCs from the regional office of Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Kohat. Lahore board of Intermediate and Secondary Education has also issued a notification about 9th class result declaration.

Kohat Board Result Announcement Ceremony:
All BISE members and school principals are specifically invited to the CM House to attend the award distribution ceremony, where the Chief Minister of Peshawar will distribute medals to the top position holders.
Top three positions in science, general, and humanities groups including male and female are selected by the Kohat Board for madals nomination. The names of these candidates will be announced in the CM House.
Students with high marks in th 9th and 10th class will also receive a cash prize by the CM. Board of Intermediate and secondary education Kohat will also offer some scholarships to the top position students. These candidates will attend the result ceremony along with their parents.
Students can easily search their results by name. Just choose the class from the below section, type your name, and click on the “Search” button. This option is useful for candidates who have forgotten their Board Examination 2023 roll number.
Roll number is always mentioned on the SSC (Secondary School Certificate) examination date sheet. Remember that the result contains both theory and practical marks. Grades are awarded according to the BISEKT grading policy 2023.
Kohat Board SSC examination Details:
- Kohat Board SSC examination is a two-part examination, Part I (9th class) and Part II (10th class).
- Matric examination consists of five compulsory subjects: Urdu, English, Mathematics, Science, and Pakistan Studies.
- Candidates can also choose one or two optional subjects.
- Examination is conducted in two shifts (morning and afternoon).
- Morning exam papers starts at 9:00 AM and ends at 12:30 PM. Afternoon papers starts at 2:00 PM and ends at 5:30 PM.
- Duration of each paper is 90 minutes.
- There are 100 marks for each subject.
- Passing marks for each subject is 33%.
- Students who fail in one or more subjects can appear in the supplementary examination.
